Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Management Trainee (Engineering):

  • Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, IT, etc.) from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).

• Management Trainee (HR):

  • Full-time Graduation in any discipline.

  • Full-time 2-year Post-Graduate Degree in HR/Personnel/Social Work/Industrial Relations/Welfare or MBA/PGDM with HR specialization.

  • Law degree and Marathi proficiency are preferred.

• Officer (Finance):

  • CA/CMA or Graduation in Commerce/Finance with a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institute.

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, audit, or taxation.

• Officer (Secretarial):

  • Full-time Graduation in any discipline.

  • Full-time Post-Graduate Degree (3+2 pattern) in any discipline.

  • Diploma in Executive Assistant/Office Management/Secretarial Practice is preferred.

  • Certificate course in MS-CIT or MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
