Students planning to study abroad must consider the financial aspects of the expenditure associated with it depending upon the Type of Courses/Degree/Diploma , University Locations (City and Country) type and Duration of the Course.

POF (Proof of Funds) or Financial Capacity require while you are going to apply for Student VISA and for Universities, where you are planning to get Admission. All Universities demands evidentiary proofs of financial capacity of the students to finance all the expenses from University Fee to general living expenses. In some Countries House Rent is too high, so be careful while planning for your abroad university selection.
Living Expenses and University fee is Not fixed, even after getting admission by submitting your first instalment of the fee, Universities might request proof of Income to insure that you are able to pay the fee in Future as well.
This may require your sponsorship letter or support affidavit. Some Universities requires minimum balance available as proof of Funds in special student accounts. ( Germany/Canada/Netherland).
Types of Documents for proof of Funds for Future Payments:
1-FD (in favor of student or parent/guardian/spouse) 2-bank Account statement-Recent (Student's/Parent's/Guardian/Spouse), Bank Statement should be original scanned Copy (No email copy accepted). Duly stamped and signed by Bank and should be net accessible. 3-Loan approval Letter-Bank's Approval letter should be on Bank's Letter head-Stamped and signed properly. The letter should clearly specify the Loan amount and the Name of the Student, the Bank should clearly promise to disburse the amount as and when specified. Bank's letter should mention the Loan Amount of Rs....... has been sanctioned and all terms and conditions are completed except Disbursement. 4-scholarship Letter- if you are scholarship holder than you can use this letter as proof of financial capacity. The Letter often provided by the universities/Institutions that grant the scholarship.
