Essential Documents while Applying Online:
1-Qualification Certificate Copy
(10th Pass Certificate, 12th pass Certificate, Graduation Certificate, AAdhar Card, Passport Photo)
2-Certificate of Computer Operation (Minimum 06 Months from registered Computer Institute.
3-Computer Typing Speed Test Certificate from Recognised Computer Institute.
4-Cast Certificate issued by Competent Authority (SDM/DM/Tahsildar/Revenue Officer)
5-EWS Certificate in case of EWS category candidates not more than six months old.
6-Online fee Submiting proof

How to Apply:

A- Open Patna High Court Website
B- Register your self at New Registration (at Vacancy page)
-On the registration page, a candidate is required to fill in his/her Full Name, Changed Name (if yes), Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number and E-mail ID.
-Fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory. After OTP validation, candidate must ensure that all the details filled in are correct in all aspects, as the data once submitted cannot be changed.
-Upon reverification of details, the registration number and password will be generated and the same will be communicated through SMS/E-mail.
(Candidates are advised to save their Registration Number and Password for future reference)
Candidates are also advised to print their Registration Page for future reference.
C- Thereafter, the candidate will have to Login by using Registration Number and Password shared via SMS/E-mail.
D-After login, a detailed application will open where the data provided at the time of registration shall be visible in prefilled format and it cannot be altered.
E-At first, a candidate is required to fill in his Personal Details and then click “save & next”.
F-Thereafter, the candidate is required to fill in Additional Details and then click “save & next”.
G- Thereafter, the candidate is required to fill in Communication Details and then click “save & next”.
H-Thereafter, the candidate is required to fill in Qualification details and then click “save & next”
Thereafter, the candidate will have to the upload following documents-one by one-
a) Scanned copy of recent passport size colour photograph.

Important Information For Skill Test:-
Computer Typing Test:
-The Keyboard Layout for Hindi Computer Typing Test shall be ‘Remington Gail’ and the font shall be ‘Mangal’.
Interview: Personal Interview is a Must to Complete the selection Process, after paassing out of the written Test and Skill Test.
-in case of absence in personal Interview, your candidature will be disqualified
(even the candidate passed in written Test and Skill Test).
Who can Apply?
Primary Requirement to be Fulfilled:
1- The Candidate must be the Citizen of India.
2-If He or She is Married, must not have more than one legal Life Partner ( Wife or Husband).
3-Graduate from a recognized University with Good Marks.
4-Must have a legal Residence Certificate (Domicile) of Bihar.
5-Must have 10th marksheet for Age Proof.
6-Must be fluent in Hindi and English Language, additional local language of Bihar.
7-The candidate Must be very well of Good Physical and Mental Conndition.
8-The candidate must not involved in any illigal/criminal acts or case in past, a character Certificate must be required while joining the Job.
