Diploma / B.Sc.
Relevant three-year full-time Diploma or prescribed B.Sc. qualification for Non-Executive positions.
Post-Qualification Experience
Apprenticeship, internship, part-time jobs, teaching, lectureship, articleship and freelance work are not counted as required work experience where excluded by the HURL advertisement.

Application Screening

Regular Posts
Executive and Non-Executive candidates selected for regular positions are appointed on probation for one year, subject to HURL rules and performance.
Fixed Term Contract
FTC engagement is initially for three years and may be extended based on requirement and performance. It does not confer a right to permanent employment.
