Full-time regular Engineering Degree in the prescribed discipline.

👥 HR / Personnel
Relevant two-year PG qualification / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA in prescribed HR and personnel-related specialisations.
Areas include HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Organisational Development, HRD and Labour Welfare.
⚖️ Law
BL / LLB or prescribed five-year integrated Law Degree from a recognised institution.
Relevant professional legal experience is required for the applicable post.

🏢 Where Should the Experience Come From?
The notification prescribes relevant experience in a Central PSU / CPSE or eligible private-sector company meeting the stated turnover conditions. The nature of experience also depends on the discipline – such as design and engineering, project execution, inspection and quality control, HR/IR or legal matters.
